Young Leaders in Agriculture Conference
The 2025 YLAC conference is a youth agriculture program that was a success thanks to all of the attendees and sponsors! The Young Leaders in Agriculture Conference (YLAC) continues continues the development of young leaders by exposing them to the diversity of today’s challenges and ideas surrounding food and farming while building advocates and expanding professional networks. The event is tailored to agricultural leaders aged 18-22 from all agricultural sectors.

Activate: Minnesota Pork Leadership Cohort
Activate: Minnesota Pork Leadership Cohort is an immersive, 18-month experience designed to equip twelve emerging leaders in the pork industry with the tools, confidence, and connections to boldly advocate for Minnesota pig farmers.
